Maintenance Services - Service Contracts
Regular maintenance has been found to increase instrument reliability and prolong the life of your equipment. These preventative measures also ensure that your systems are correctly set, calibrated and adjusted at regular intervals. This will make sure that you get the most out of your warranty, preventing unnecessary downtime. As part of our service and maintenance programs, our aim is to meet all of your regulatory and documentary certification requirements, no matter how high.

Once you have completed the initial qualification, it is important to verify performance on an on-going basis. Our Microlab Service Team can execute scheduled verification testing of existing systems to document continued compliance to manufacturer’s specifications and industry standards.
Service Contracts
“A” Contracts ( “A” Single Drive / “A2” Dual Drive )
Comprehensive Preventative Maintenance Diluter/Dispensers, including Calibration of single or dual drive systems traceable to National/International Standards. Includes one site visit per annum, engineers travelling time, and all labour charges. It does not cover extended instrument support, parts used or consumable such as tubing, syringes and valve blocks. This contract does not cover call outs and once the service visit has been carried out the Service Contract expires.
“A+” Contracts (“A+” Single Drive / “A2+” Dual Drive )
Comprehensive Preventative Maintenance Diluter/Dispensers, including Calibration for single or dual drive systems traceable to National/International Standards. Includes two site visits per annum, engineers traveling time, and all labour charges. It does not cover extended instrument support, parts used or consumable such as tubing, syringes and valve blocks. This contract does not cover call outs and once the service visit has been carried out the Service Contract expires.
“B” Contracts ( “B” Single Drive / “B2” Dual Drive )

“B+” Contracts (“B+” Single Drive / B2+ Dual Drive )
Comprehensive Preventative Maintenance Diluter/Dispensers Including Calibration for single or dual drive systems traceable to National/International Standards. Includes two site visits per annum, engineers travelling time, and all labour charges. Additional support is provided throughout the contract term with “call out” and repair* labour charges included. It does not cover parts used or consumable parts such as tubing, syringes and valve blocks.
“C” Contracts ( “C” Single Drive / “C2” Dual Drive )
Manufacturers Warranty Calibration and Verification of Operation Performance. This relates to the installation and verification of the instrument. Calibration traceable to National/International standards and confirms the operational performance as stated by the manufacturer. This contract does not cover call outs and once the service visit has been carried out the Service Contract expires.
“D” Contracts ( “D” Single Drive / “D2” Dual Drive )
Comprehensive Preventative Maintenance Diluter/Dispensers Including Calibration for single or dual drive systems. (Return to Base). The instrument is returned to Microlab Technologies and is subject to a full service and calibration programme, and returned to client by carrier. The contract does not cover call outs, parts used or consumable such as tubing, syringes and valve blocks.
“D+” Contracts (“D+” Single Drive / “D2” Dual Drive )
Comprehensive Preventative Maintenance Diluter/Dispensers Including Calibration for single or dual drive systems. (Return to Base) The instrument is returned to Microlab Technologies twice annually and is subject to a full service and calibration programme, and returned to client by carrier. The contract does not cover call outs, parts used or consumable such as tubing, syringes and valve blocks.
“E” Contracts ( “E” Single Drive / “E2” Dual Drive )
Comprehensive Preventative Maintenance Diluter/Dispensers, including Calibration for single or dual drive systems traceable to National/International Standards. Includes one site visit per annum, engineers travelling time, and all labour charges. Additional support is provided throughout the contract term with “call out” and repair* labour charges included. It also covers replacement consumables to include, valve block, syringe(s), tubing lines.
“E+” Contracts (“E+” Single Drive / “ E2+ Dual Drive )
Comprehensive Preventative Maintenance Diluter/Dispensers, including Calibration for single or dual drive systems traceable to National/International Standards. Includes two site visits per annum, engineers travelling time, and all labour charges. Additional support is provided throughout the contract term with “call out” and repair* labour charges included. It also covers replacement consumables to include, valve block, syringe(s), tubing lines.
“S” Contracts (Instrument Syringe Calibration)
Consumable syringes are not individually calibrated as part of our standard service contracts. We do however offer this as an additional bespoke option with additional information available upon request.
* repair – Instrument repairs are covered for mechanical breakdown and general wear and tear, although instrument misuse is not covered as part of our service contracts. Microlab Technologies therefore reserve the right to make reasonable charges for repairs which are the result of instrument missuse. |
